We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss the project you’ve described. We will not use it for marketing without your separate consent.
How it’s stored
Enquiries are sent to our helpdesk system, which we use to track and respond to messages. Access is limited to Bytestream staff who need it to handle your enquiry.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
